Now is the time for bold and decisive action to create a Los Angeles that works for everyone. As your mayor, I will prioritize transparency, equity, and justice to address the systemic issues plaguing our city. Every Angeleno deserves access to safety, dignity, and opportunity, and I will not rest until those ideals become reality.

Investigating the Mismanagement of Fire Department Funding

The devastating wildfires in Los Angeles are not just natural disasters—they are wake-up calls. While brave firefighters risk their lives, the funding meant to support them has been mismanaged, leaving our city vulnerable.

As your mayor, I will launch an independent investigation to uncover where these funds have gone and ensure that every dollar is used to strengthen our fire department, provide necessary resources, and implement proactive measures to prevent future disasters.

Public Safety & Emergency Preparedness

Los Angeles deserves a fire department and police force that are well-funded, well-equipped, and fully prepared for any emergency. As mayor, I will:

Advocate for proper funding of our first responders to ensure rapid response times and modern equipment.
Implement reforms inspired by successful models like the Las Vegas Police Department to build trust between law enforcement and the community.
Prioritize transparency and accountability in all public safety initiatives.

Rights & Equity for All

I am committed to advancing LGBTQ+ rights, women’s rights, and creating an equitable Los Angeles. This means:

Championing policies that protect marginalized communities and ensure equality in all facets of city life.
Creating safe spaces and resources for LGBTQ+ individuals and women, including shelter and support programs.

Education & Schools

The foundation of a thriving city starts with its children. I will:

Partner with educators and parents to improve school funding and ensure every child has access to quality education.
Support programs that enhance after-school care, arts, and STEM education.

Housing & Community Development

As a real estate professional, I understand the complexities of housing affordability. My administration will:

Develop sustainable, eco-friendly housing solutions to address homelessness and affordability.
Enforce rent control measures and create pathways for affordable homeownership.
Collaborate with community leaders to establish urban planning strategies that serve all Angelenos.
